About Us
Empowering Healthcare Professionals
At EnVision THAT LLC, our mission is to empower and support mental health and medical professionals through comprehensive educational and experiential workshops. With a leadership team boasting a combined 30 years of experience, including Licensed Professional Counselors and an Approved Clinical Supervisor with 16 years of Crisis Response experience, we are dedicated to enhancing the well-being and professional growth of those who dedicate their lives to helping others.
We specialize in providing continuing education credits through our innovative workshops, meticulously designed to meet the needs of mental health and medical professionals. Our workshops are not just about fulfilling requirements—they are crafted to offer meaningful, experiential learning that professionals can directly apply to their practice. In the near future, we plan to broaden our reach to include military personnel, first responders, life coaches, firefighters/EMTs, and police officers, ensuring that a diverse range of professionals benefit from our expertise.
What truly makes EnVision THAT LLC unique is our holistic approach to professional development. We understand the toll that high-stress professions can take on individuals. That’s why we’ve integrated a wellness check-up into our workshops. This check-up is designed to identify risk areas for burnout and compassion fatigue, providing clinicians with a clear picture of their current state and equipping them with a tool to monitor these risks in the future. By doing so, we help professionals maintain their well-being and effectiveness in the workforce, ensuring they can continue to provide the highest level of care to those they serve.
At EnVision THAT LLC, we are committed to fostering a healthier, more resilient professional community. Join us in our workshops and take the first step towards a more balanced and fulfilling career.

Declaration Statement
“At the end of the day, I am an asset. I chose to take on the duty, responsibility, and obligation of denying myself while putting others’ needs before my own. I am responsible for making sound/clear decisions on behalf of those I serve so that their stressors, triggers, and life challenges are mitigated through my service. Therefore, whenever I find my cup running empty, I will do what is necessary to restore, renew, and refill my cup so that I do not find myself ministering from an “empty” cup.
May I always look in the mirror and evaluate where I am in order to assess where I need to be and never be a liability.”
